Shipping fees depend on the size of your order and your location. You will be able to view the shipping cost on the checkout page before you proceed to payment.
For orders over $29, we offer free delivery to select South Australian postcodes. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
No need to be home to receive your delivery, it will be left for you following any delivery instructions.
Our food is packaged into a box with an insulated liner and ice pack. The food is also delivered by refrigerated couriers.
Delivery dates are estimated from the time your payment is received. Generally, items will ship & deliver within 2-6 business days, depending on availability & any courier delays.

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible via any of the channels listed on our Contact Us page. Include 3-4 images of the item along with your order number. We will guide you through the next steps.
For items deemed faulty or damaged, we aim to process returns daily from Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 2 business days from the date we receive the return parcel.
